Job description
As a Project Engineer, you have several years of experience in drawing and designing industrial components. In your role, you have frequent communication with the sales department, suppliers, procurement, work preparation, and the production department. Your role involves daily involvement in the execution, realization, and commissioning of your designs, which are often derived from previously delivered models.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Gathering all documentation for the order
Translating the quotation into a drawing in collaboration with the work preparer
Identifying material requirements and developing bills of materials
Making minor adjustments to drawings
Drawings and Document management
Providing technical support to the production and/or sales department
Evaluating completed projects
Creating proposals for product and process improvements
Reporting to the Production Manager
Requirements:
Well-developed HBO-level education and thinking with a completed degree in mechanical engineering, automotive, or a related field.
Strong technical insight and several years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in software packages such as AutoCAD 3D, 2D, or SolidWorks. Familiarity with Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Inventor, and MS Project.
Good communication skills and the ability to think along with customer inquiries to arrive at collaborative and cost-efficient solutions.
Able to work both in a team and independently.
Able to combine flexibility, creativity, and precision in your work.
Affinity with electrical engineering is a plus.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages is required.

Annual holiday allowance of 8% paid in June
Our workdays are from 07:30 to 16:00 (a total of 38.75 hours), so you can still enjoy the sun in the summer after work.
