Job Description
As HR Business Partner you are, in close cooperation with your colleague, responsible for the operational and strategic HR support. Together you act as sparring partners for the management, executives and employees at the three Burgers Carrosserie locations in Aalsmeer, Zwaagdijk and Maasbracht. Thereby you divide the responsibilities over the departments: production, office and service & maintenance.
What are your duties and responsibilities
- HR Support: You act as a point of contact for managers and employees and ensure good HR policies and a pleasant working environment.
- HR Advising: You will advise directors and managers at the operational and strategic level and ensure that HR policies are aligned with organizational goals and employee growth.
- Application of laws and regulations: You monitor that all HR processes comply with relevant laws and regulations, including the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter and the CAO- Metaal & Techniek, Carrosseriebedrijf. You monitor compliance with company procedures and ensure correct application of terms and conditions of employment.
- Case management and absence supervision: You supervise absence processes and ensure efficient follow-up of absence and reintegration processes.
- Recruitment & Selection: You coordinate the recruitment process, from drafting job postings to conducting job interviews and handling employment interviews.
- Policy and job house: You keep our job house up to date and help think about the further development of HR policy.
What we ask
- A completed college degree in HRM or similar field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Knowledge of labor law and relevant laws and regulations, including the collective bargaining agreement and the Wet Verbetering Poortwachter.
- Be able to collaborate effectively on HR matters to achieve common goals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact at different levels within the organization, both in Dutch and English.
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude, balancing the interests of employees and the organization.
