About the traineeship
During your traineeship, you will work for a period of at least 6 months to develop into a junior recruiter. You will learn to create job profiles for middle and upper management of SME companies. You will do this by delving into the organizational structures and understanding what makes companies unique. You then learn to use this knowledge and insight to draw up job profiles for vacancies. You learn to understand how a certain company culture can be linked to potential candidates. You will learn where approachable candidates are in their careers and how to interest them in a next step in their careers.

The organization is still young so any new team member can help build the future. There is already a solid foundation from the international Executive Recruitment where Aragon has built a broad network of client relationships in over ten years. You can make your own contribution step by step in which you can partly determine the direction of your future.
Who will you be working with
Under the supervision of the MD, you will work together with colleagues from the recruitment team in clear steps on beautiful assignments for various clients. In this you will be supported both professionally and in your personal development. In addition, you will work with colleagues who take care of the branding of Aragon and the vacancies of clients. They also contribute to the organization of network events to which you can help determine the content and target group.

- An education at least at the college level or have grown towards this through knowledge and experience
- Aspires to develop as a recruiter and grow from there
- Sincere interest in connecting people; You preferably have had experience working with people that you can enthusiastically talk about during an introductory meeting
- Energy, enthusiasm, self starter, multi-taster who maintains overview
- Good command of the Dutch language, easy to make contacts, both in writing and by telephone
- Availability for a minimum of 16-40 hours; Working from our office in Huizen but working partially from home is also a possibility.
What we offer
- A gross traineeship fee of € 1500 per month based on 40 hours per week over a period of six months, with the possibility of advancement upon proven suitability
- A recruitment training with personal guidance, including professional coaching
