In order to continue to meet growing demand and expansion needs, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Work Planner Department Business Office As a work planner you will have a real ‘spider in the web’ role. You will work closely with the sales, purchasing, engineering and production departments to ensure that production can be carried out smoothly and according to schedule.

What is expected of you

  • You have gained experience in a similar position and/or developed the skills from other work.
  • You process the commercial and technical data of incoming orders correctly and completely in the order projects administration.
  • You will work closely with sales, purchasing, engineering and production departments.
  • You are involved in all parts of the order process towards the other departments from the moment the customer (in consultation with the sales department) has placed an order to the final check after production.
  • You have sufficient technical knowledge and insight to process dimensional data into technical info sheets, systems and (autocad) drawings. This enables you to provide the purchasing, engineering and production departments with timely information and support them proactively.
  • You have experience with standardization and S5. Standardization is the motto for the coming period including the implementation of various efficiency strokes including the implementation of 5S throughout the organization. You participate in the weekly consultation of the production planning for which you make an active contribution.

What we are looking for

  • You have a professional and positive work attitude and, of course, lots of desire to get started! In addition, you have:
  • A well-developed MBO + or HBO working and thinking level;
  • Technical acumen and relevant work experience in a similar position or willingness to take on this position independently as a starter after a thorough familiarisation period;
  • Flexibility, creativity and technical understanding to apply in your work;
  • Some experience with (ERP) planning and order flow software packages;
  • Good communication and reporting skills, you establish contacts easily;
  • Good knowledge of in the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
  • Experience within a technical manufacturing environment (strongly preferred). Within body construction and/or automotive has an added plus.
