Come work in Aalsmeer at the largest Double Decks truck trailer builder in the world! Burgers Carrosserie is growing and is currently looking for a Trailer Construction Production and Assembly Supervisor/Foreman for the main branch in Aalsmeer.
Together with part of the production team, you make an important contribution to the installation and assembly of various parts and components. You keep an overview and know the status of the various production orders. You guide your team from a pioneering role in which you know how to motivate them to work more efficiently based on a 5S/Lean approach. Last year, Burgers laid the first foundations in 5S/Lean that must be further rolled out.
For this position you are interested in technology and have gained knowledge and experience in a similar job in recent years.

Tasks & responsibilities:
• Overview of the execution of various assembly work (including steering assembly assembly, polyester and welding work and glue connections)
• Managing the team
• Monitoring the quality and progress in your team's production, including reporting to production management
Job requirements:
• MBO work-thinking level gained through training and/or experience
• Technical insight or feeling for technology based on hobbies and interests
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language, spoken and written
• Being able to work with various materials and tools
