Function: Project Manager Renovation

As a renovation project manager, you are the temporary representative of our client in the renovation project of a floor in our business complex. You will work closely with the contractor to ensure that the renovation is completed within deadlines and to your satisfaction. You are responsible for efficiently managing time, resources and communication with various stakeholders throughout the project. These are both those who work on the project from the contractor's side as well as various stakeholders from our client's organization.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor project planning and milestones.
Intensive cooperation with the contractor to ensure that the project is carried out within the specified period and budget.
Effectively manage time and resources to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
Regular communication with various stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, suppliers and external consultants.
Reporting project progress to the management team on a weekly basis.
Resolving any problems or bottlenecks that arise during the project.
Job requirements:
At least a completed HBO education in Construction, Civil Engineering or a similar field.
Demonstrable experience as a project manager in the construction sector, preferably with (office) conversion projects or renovations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Flexibility and the ability to perform under pressure.
Familiarity with building codes and regulations is a plus.
