With its headquarters in Aalsmeer, Burgers Carrosserie has been in existence for almost 100 years and was named the Business of the Year in 2021. With 150 employees, the company produces up to 500 trailers per year. Over 1000 trailers have already been built for Action, and Burgers also manufactures trailers for Jumbo, Zeeman, Fleura, a well-known cycling team, and is expanding its international customer base beyond the Dutch borders, reaching as far as Chile. In addition to trailer production, Burgers has three service and maintenance locations in the Netherlands and collaborates with various foreign service partners. To effectively manage the growth of the service & maintenance department, especially for foreign branches, Burgers is currently looking for a Service & Maintenance Administration Employee to handle the administrative processing of service and maintenance contracts.

What is expected of you as a Service & Maintenance Administration Employee:

As a Service & Maintenance Administration Employee, you will be the liaison between our main branch in Aalsmeer and our international service partners worldwide. Your focus will be on effectively administering and coordinating service and maintenance activities, with an emphasis on timely invoicing. It is a dynamic role within an enthusiastic and experienced team where no day is the same. Your communication and administrative skills will be a valuable addition to the team. The atmosphere is good, down-to-earth, and hands-on.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Service coordination and administration:

  • Planning and coordinating service and maintenance appointments with international service partners.

  • Ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between internal teams and service partners.

  • Processing service and maintenance orders in the system.

  • Maintaining records of completed tasks.

Invoicing management:

  • Timely and accurate invoicing of service and maintenance services to international partners.

  • Follow-up on payments and handling financial issues in close consultation with the financial administration.


  • Effective communication in Dutch and English with internal teams and external service partners.

  • Responding to inquiries and providing information to partners, supported by experienced colleagues.


  • Minimum completed MBO education, preferably in administrative or technical field.

  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably focused on service and maintenance.

  • Knowledge of invoicing processes and (financial) administration.

  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.

  • Excellent multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Team player with a positive contribution to the departmental atmosphere.
